I truly love this business - the quality, cost, workers, and leadership. I have not had a bad experience yet. I have doublechecked their parts costs across the internet, and they are ABSOLUTELY competitive (and consistent) and the labor rates are always the cost-effective option compared to the dealerships. I have had store leadership give me a ride home after dropping off my car (I have never seen that before). I have also witnessed the workers (Gina H) bend over backwards to serve individual patrons - i.e. offering to tie an elderly woman's untied shoe - without hesitation. Preston - you have won my business for the long haul. You value and honor your customers without fail. Thanks for being authentic, friendly, and excellent.
